The Upgrade - Lancer RPG NPC Templates

Currently contains 2 NPC Templates and 30 Features:

MKII:

Increases HP, Speed, and E-Defense. Also has quite a few optional features, including some Limited weapons and weapon mods!

CUSTOM REFIT:

An alternate to making an NPC a veteran, replacing durability with more capabilities. A Custom Refit gains a single 'Focus' trait on creation, in addition to some optional features.

(I don't know how to make it automatically update NPC stats, you'll have to do it manually sorry)
